Is it advisable to find solutions for corruption?

In David’s article entitled “Fighting Corruption Is a Global Concern”, he points out that anti-corruption conference in Beijing help Canadians because preventing the corruption is good for economic growth, citizens’ life, and trust to government and non government organizations. First of all he stated that anti-corruption campaigns are widespread all over the world by a variety of organizations. Furthermore, he informed us of the magnitude of corruption throughout the specific figures. Next, he explained to us about the disadvantages of the corruptions. Those contain interference of the economic growth, diminishment of citizens’ life of quality and reduction of trust to each organization. Third, he pointed out the ways that we have to implement. That means appropriate legislation, recognition of the rules and precise implementation of policies. In conclusion the author states that there are even difficulties of forbidding of the corruption. Nevertheless, according to examples of Canada, he informed us of benefits of anti-corruptions.
It is not clear that anti-corruption is very beneficial because its useless efforts. It can not save money as well as citizens from social matters. The author has the useful point of view. Anti-corruption has many merits. However, diverse organizations including private, governmental and non-governmental organization should recommend that anti-corruption campaign be lessened because of different culture of each country’s, natural characteristic of human and misapplication of the anti-corruption.
First, anti-corruption efforts can not control diverse cultures of each country’s. To be specific, as there are many differences throughout the race and country, many differences exist in terms of the culture. For example, a country that respects the most important family and friend prefer the guard of the relationship to observe the anti-corruption rules. Therefore, because of a variety of the cultures, the commonplace anti-corruption campaign is useless to block the corruption.
Second, anti-corruption is not able to succeed due to the inherent human traits. According to the view of human nature as fundamentally depraved, human is originally black-hearted. That is to say, human likes to disobey the rules and restrictions on account of the inborn nature. Consequently, no matter how strong and stern the anti-corruptions are, people will not obey and regard just like the efforts as trivial things. In brief, people will neglect any other rules and limitations.
Finally, because of the misuse, anti-corruption efforts bring about worse problems. In general, people are jealous of the success and advance of other men. To be specific, throughout the various histories, we can see the fact that expectative and successful great men were killed by the plot of other people. As the above instance, in case that the anti-corruption rules exist, most people will misuse this regulation to make other men damaged. Furthermore this phenomena result from the distrust among the people. Therefore, anti-corruption campaign will fail on account of disbelief.
In conclusion, anti-corruption efforts are of no use. First of all, multifarious cultures and habits keep people from protecting the anti-corruption services. Moreover, envy makes the anti-corruption be in vain. Finally, because of the entirely wrong use, anti-corruption campaigns are valueless. According to the above reasons, we can recognize the futile effects of the anti-corruption pains.
